The EXPEC 2000 (specification: 112) miniaturized non methane total hydrocarbon online analysis system uses GC-FID method to directly determine the concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons after separation from total hydrocarbons (direct method). Non methane total hydrocarbons are enriched using low-temperature thermal desorption technology, while methane is sampled using quantitative ring injection. The technical route meets the technical requirements of the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring of Non methane Total Hydrocarbons in Environmental Air (Trial)" issued by the China Environmental Monitoring Station in January 2021. The entire system has a small volume, light weight, low detection limit, and does not require a station building. It can be wall mounted and widely used for grid monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons in large chemical enterprises and industrial parks.
